What to send
Include the page URL, exact statement, what appears wrong, and a current primary or official source. Do not send credentials, customer data, private architecture diagrams, contracts, security findings, regulated data, or confidential company information.
Review process
Material factual errors are checked against the cited source and corrected with the review date updated. Editorial disagreements are assessed against the stated scope and evidence. Minor copy edits may be made without a separate notice.
